Officine Universelle Buly seeks a Supply Chain Intern in Paris to support distribution planning and inventory management starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Update and maintain monthly distribution plans (DRP) from the central warehouse
- Serve as primary liaison for local supply planners in Japan, Hong Kong, and other markets
- Ensure proper allocation distribution for launches, high-demand products, and stock-out risk mitigation
- Track product lifecycle and manage article transitions and switches
- Evaluate and communicate short-term stock-out risks to relevant teams
- Monitor inventory levels across the central warehouse and third-party logistics partners
Qualifications
- Final-year engineering student or Master's student with Supply Chain specialization
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent English for regular international communication
- Strong analytical mindset and organizational discipline
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Demonstrated interest in planning and logistics coordination challenges
