Stock Manager – Officine Universelle Buly, Chartres. Full-time permanent role in luxury beauty logistics and inventory operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise product reception, quality control, and compliance verification; ensure daily replenishment of picking stations
- Maintain physical and digital stock accuracy across the logistics site; manage batch numbers and expiration dates
- Implement stock optimization methodologies (Pareto principles, rack structuring) and manage quarantine and product destruction procedures
- Design and execute rolling and annual inventory cycles; analyze and reconcile discrepancies
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) including saturation rates and inventory variances; propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat +2/3 (BTS or DUT in logistics, transport, or warehouse management)
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar stock or inventory management position
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and standard office software
- Knowledge of flow optimization and inventory management techniques
- CACES categories 1, 3, and 5 certifications
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong organizational discipline

Minimum 2–3 years in stock management, warehouse operations, or logistics roles with demonstrated expertise in inventory control, merchandise handling, and warehouse coordination.
Education
Baccalauréat +2/3: BTS (Brevet de Technicien Supérieur) or DUT (Diplôme Universitaire de Technologie) in logistics, transport management, or warehouse management preferred.
