Officine Universelle Buly — Chartres: Stock Controller (full‑time) responsible for WMS inventory, replenishment and stock accuracy at the new logistics site.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise inbound goods reception, perform quality and conformity checks, and validate receipts in the WMS.
- Manage daily replenishment of picking locations and organise stock flows across the site.
- Coordinate site replenishment and inventory transfers with the external storage provider (Legendre).
- Ensure physical and system stock reliability across the logistics site, including lot number and expiry‑date management.
- Implement and maintain quarantine procedures and organise destruction of decommissioned products according to protocol.
- Design and execute cycle counts and annual inventories; investigate and justify discrepancies found during stock reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate item master data in the WMS and ensure ongoing data integrity.
- Define, track and report KPIs related to stock (e.g., storage saturation, number of locations, inventory variances) and propose continuous improvement actions to optimise storage and processes.
Qualifications
- BTS/DUT (Bac+2/3) in transport, logistics, supply‑chain or equivalent diploma.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse inventory/stock control, ideally within retail, perfumery or FMCG logistics.
- Proven mastery of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and standard office applications.
- Knowledge of inventory optimisation techniques (cycle counting, stock structuring, Pareto principles) and lot/expiry management.
- Caces 1, Caces 3 and Caces 5 certifications desired.
- Strong organisational rigour, analytical problem‑solving skills, dynamism and team spirit.

Experience
Minimum three years in a comparable warehouse or inventory control role, preferably within luxury retail, cosmetics or fast‑moving consumer goods logistics.
Education
Bac+2/3 (BTS or DUT) in transport, logistics, supply chain management or equivalent.
