Role & Responsibilities
- Advise clients on product categories with expertise and enthusiasm
- Communicate the brand's heritage and cosmetic benefits to an exacting, international clientele
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Execute product personalization services including calligraphy, embossing, engraving, and decorative folding
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and manage cash register opening and closing procedures
