Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clients with warmth and professionalism
- Provide expert consultation on cosmetics and product categories, emphasizing brand heritage and product formulation
- Communicate the Buly 1803 narrative and values with passion and authenticity
- Cultivate and maintain meaningful relationships with clientele
- Execute personalized product customization including embossing, engraving, and luxury folding techniques
- Contribute to ancillary store operations and overall boutique objectives
- Process transactions and manage till opening and closing procedures
- Maintain the boutique's standards of visual excellence and refinement
