Officine Universelle Buly (LVMH) seeks a Sales Associate in Paris for a fixed-term (Nov–Dec 2026) to deliver boutique retail excellence and product personalisation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage clients in the boutique, delivering a refined customer experience consistent with the brand’s standards.
- Advise clients across product categories—perfume, body care and cosmetics—tailoring recommendations to individual needs.
- Communicate the heritage, fragrance narratives and usage rituals of Buly 1803 with passion and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clientele through attentive follow-up and personalised service.
- Personalise products using embossing, engraving and the brand’s gift-folding techniques.
- Perform point-of-sale operations, including cash handling, opening and closing the register and processing payments.
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual standards to ensure a consistently exceptional retail environment.
- Support ancillary tasks that contribute to the boutique’s commercial objectives during the peak season.
Qualifications
- Fluent English (required); additional languages considered an advantage.
- Friendly, dynamic presence with excellent verbal communication and observational skills.
- Interest in beauty, perfumes and the Buly 1803 heritage; ability to convey product stories.
- Customer-centric mindset with aptitude for building privileged client relationships.
- Prior retail or sales experience preferred but not mandatory; able to work in a luxury boutique setting.
