Role & Responsibilities
- Personalize products through embossing, engraving, and the art of folding, presenting these services as premium offerings to clientele
- Welcome and greet clients with exceptional French-inspired service, communicating the Buly 1803 story, heritage, and philosophy of elegance
- Provide comprehensive support to the sales team in all facets of customer service and sales operations, ensuring seamless boutique functionality
- Share passionate, articulate knowledge of the brand's product portfolio, cosmetic formulations, and historical significance with clients
- Advise clients on curated product selections across different categories, tailoring recommendations to individual preferences and needs
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with the clientele, building loyalty and encouraging repeat visits
- Execute point-of-sale transactions, manage cash register opening and closing procedures, and maintain accurate financial records

Qualifications
