Officine Universelle Buly seeks a Sales Assistant Intern to support the boutique team and deliver its French beauty and service experience to an international clientele during the year-end period. The internship is based in Paris, lasts 1–2 months and is 35 hours per week.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and receive waiting clients with warmth and elegance.
- Personalize products through embossing, engraving and gift wrapping.
- Support the sales team.
- Share the history of the house with passion.
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients.
- Participate in ancillary tasks that contribute to the boutique’s overall objectives.
Qualifications
- Education at a business school, a BTS programme or an equivalent post-secondary level.
- A friendly, energetic personality, excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine sensibility for the luxury sector.
- Fluent French and English.
- A strong aptitude for listening and welcoming clients, with a commitment to service excellence in every interaction.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment and adapt readily to each client and situation.
