Role & Responsibilities
- Develop training materials that align with the brand's unique aesthetic, including presentations, guides, and digital tools.
- Ensure content consistency with the brand's rituals, products, and universe.
- Update documents in line with new launches and evolving expertise.
- Create assessments to measure knowledge acquisition and skill proficiency.
- Monitor training levels and progress in calligraphy in collaboration with the calligraphy trainer.
- Identify individual and collective needs, propose improvement strategies, and support continuous development.
- Track key performance indicators such as course completion rates, participation, skill progression, evaluation results, and learner satisfaction.
- Produce elegantly structured reports and dashboards to provide clear insights into training dynamics.
- Organize and manage the logistics of training sessions, including invitations, schedules, materials, and attendance tracking.
- Design comprehensive onboarding programs for new retail employees.
- Contribute to the structuring and continuous improvement of training projects, including the creation of new modules and pedagogical innovations.
- Collaborate closely with the Retail Trainer and calligrapher to ensure harmonious and immersive knowledge transfer.
- Deliver remote training sessions to retail teams and international partners with precision and care.
- Participate in in-store training and key brand events.
- Adapt pedagogical approaches to diverse learner profiles, embodying the brand's sophistication and generosity.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (M1 or M2) with a focus on retail training, pedagogy, or knowledge transfer.
- Strong interest in retail training and educational methodologies.
- Excellent command of tools for creating training materials, including PowerPoint and digital platforms.
- Keen attention to detail and a strong appreciation for aesthetics and craftsmanship.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Highly organized, autonomous, and service-oriented.
- Affinity for craftsmanship, calligraphy, or the beauty industry is a significant advantage.
