Role & Responsibilities

• Design and produce training assets that reflect the Maison’s singular aesthetic (presentations, pedagogical guides, digital tools).
• Ensure all learning content remains faithful to brand rituals, product knowledge and service protocols; update materials to reflect new launches and evolving savoir‑faire.
• Develop assessments to measure knowledge acquisition and mastery of practical techniques, including calligraphy-related competencies.
• Track and report key training KPIs (completion rates, participation, skills progression, evaluation results, learner satisfaction, update frequency, onboarding progression) through clear, elegant dashboards.
• Manage the logistical and administrative organisation of training sessions (invitations, schedules, materials, attendance tracking, post-session reports).
• Design refined onboarding journeys for new retail hires and contribute to the continuous improvement of learning programmes and pedagogical innovations.
• Deliver remote training to retail teams and international partners with rigour and empathy; participate in occasional in‑store or event‑based sessions.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Retail Trainer and the Maison’s calligrapher to guarantee faithful transmission of manual and cultural skills.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in M1 or M2 (Master’s level) programme, in alternance.
• Clear interest in retail training, pedagogy or transmission of artisanal savoir‑faire.
• Strong command of French and good professional proficiency in English (oral and written).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and aesthetic sensitivity.
• Demonstrated organisational autonomy, reliability and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in creation tools such as PowerPoint and experience with LMS or digital learning tools.
• Affinity for craftsmanship, calligraphy or beauty métiers is a meaningful advantage.

Entry-level: role is suited to M1/M2 students in alternance. Prior professional experience in retail or training is helpful but not required.

Education

Currently enrolled in M1 or M2 (Master’s) programme — HR, Learning & Development, Pedagogy, Retail Management, Communication or a related discipline preferred.
