Role & Responsibilities
- Design and produce training materials faithful to the Maison’s visual and service aesthetic (presentations, pedagogical guides, digital assets).
- Maintain and update learning resources to reflect product launches, new rituals and evolving savoir‑faire.
- Develop assessments to measure knowledge acquisition and mastery of technical gestures, including calligraphy-related skills.
- Track training KPIs (completion rates, attendance, skills progression, assessment results, learner satisfaction) and produce clear, elegant dashboards and reports.
- Organise logistics and administration for training sessions: invitations, scheduling, materials, attendance tracking and post-session reporting.
- Design and deliver refined onboarding journeys for new retail hires and contribute to larger L&D projects (new modules, optimisation, pedagogical innovation).
- Deliver remote training to retail teams and international partners; participate in in-store sessions and Maison events as required.
- Collaborate closely with the Head Retail Trainer and the calligrapher to ensure faithful, immersive transmission of the Maison’s techniques and rituals.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (M1 or M2) and eligible for an alternance/apprenticeship contract.
- Demonstrated interest in retail training, pedagogy or transmission of artisanal savoir‑faire.
- Advanced proficiency in creating training materials using PowerPoint and digital authoring tools; experience with an LMS.
- Excellent spoken and written French and strong command of English.
- Highly organised, autonomous, service-minded and attentive to aesthetic and technical detail.
- Affinity for craftsmanship, calligraphy or beauty professions is a significant advantage.
