Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage clients in the boutique, delivering refined French-style customer service.

- Develop and maintain enduring relationships with an international and discerning clientele.
- Execute product personalisation services including embossing, engraving and gift-wrapping (folding techniques).

- Contribute to ancillary boutique tasks that support sales targets and store presentation standards.

Qualifications
- Fluent English (spoken) is required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Outgoing, dynamic demeanour with strong communication and observational skills.
- First experience in retail sales is desirable but not mandatory (beginner-friendly).

- Ability to build personalised client relationships and work collaboratively within a boutique team.
