Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Store Handbook by centralizing guidelines and procedures from all departments (Merchandising, Marketing, Customer Service); structure content for clarity, precision, and completeness
• Create and distribute a weekly retail newsletter (Weekly Buly) to all store teams by collecting information from various departments and presenting it in an accessible, concise format; track engagement metrics and gather feedback for continuous improvement
• Coordinate and monitor new employee integration schedules in collaboration with retail management and store directors; oversee training sessions and compile feedback to enhance the onboarding process
• Manage logistical and administrative support for retail teams, including professional travel arrangements, expense management for uniforms and store openings, and coordination with HR on personnel documentation
• Prepare comprehensive handover documentation and induction materials for outgoing staff transitions; organize knowledge-transfer sessions to ensure continuity and perpetuation of best practices
• Conduct in-depth market research on beauty and skincare trends in France and internationally; perform regular competitive benchmarking of market positioning, product offerings, retail services, and communication strategies; present strategic recommendations based on analysis

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Currently enrolled as M1, gap-year student, or M2 (final-year) student
• Proactive, dynamic, and self-motivated profile
• Experience in cosmetics, retail, or luxury sectors (preferred but not required)

Entry-level or fresh graduate; no prior professional experience required but cosmetics, retail, or luxury industry exposure is advantageous.

Education

Currently pursuing or recently completed Master's degree (M1, gap-year, or M2 level).
