Officine Universelle Buly internship in Paris: Retail Operations Assistant supporting European store network coordination from January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Centralize and analyze guidelines and procedures from across departments (Merchandising, Marketing, Client Services) to develop a comprehensive Store Handbook, ensuring clarity, precision, and accessibility for all store teams
- Collect relevant information from various departments and draft the weekly "Weekly Buly" newsletter in clear, concise, and engaging format, distributing via email and dedicated platforms with country-specific focus; track engagement metrics and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Elaborate and update employee onboarding schedules in collaboration with the retail team and store managers; monitor training sessions and gather feedback to optimize the integration process
- Organize professional travel logistics for retail teams (transport, accommodation, transfers) while optimizing costs; manage retail expense reports including uniforms, store opening displays, and international seminars
- Identify and document key elements for successful staff transition, create comprehensive induction materials, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to ensure continuity of projects and best practices
- Conduct in-depth market research on beauty and skincare trends in France and internationally; perform regular competitive benchmarking of positioning, product offerings, retail experience, and marketing strategies; identify best practices and innovations for potential network integration
Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Currently in Master's year 1, gap year, or final year of Master's degree
- Dynamic, motivated, and proactive profile
- Experience in cosmetics, retail, or luxury sectors is advantageous
