As a Retail Host at Officine Universelle Buly in Paris, the intern welcomes clients, manages the queue and delivers the Buly ceremonial while presenting the Maison’s history and savoir-faire. The role also supports personalisation, boutique presentation and replenishment; it is a full-time internship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to each client before they enter the boutique, with the discernment and attentiveness characteristic of Officine Universelle Buly.
- Manage the queue with warmth and consideration, ensuring that waiting is integrated into the client experience.
- Maintain a high-quality presence both outside and inside the boutique, supporting client engagement and comfort at all times.
- Deliver the Buly ceremonial in every interaction through posture, vocabulary, gestures and pace, in line with Maison standards.
- Present the Maison’s history, values and savoir-faire with passion.
- Help create a personalised and memorable experience for every visitor, faithful to Officine Universelle Buly’s distinctive identity.
- Support the sales teams with operational tasks, including personalisation, maintaining the boutique and replenishment.
- Take an active part in the boutique’s daily life.
