Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure completeness and conformity of product information dossiers (PIF) for the Buly skincare portfolio.
  • Maintain and update internal regulatory procedures and standards.
  • Support implementation of internal regulatory requirements with suppliers and partners.
  • Assist the team in preparing and completing regulatory documentation for packaging and raw materials.
  • Execute product notifications on the CPNP and SCPN portals.
  • Prepare product registration dossiers for export markets and support international compliance processes.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or holding a Bac +3 (Bachelor) or higher in cosmetic regulatory affairs, pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, or a related discipline.
  • Solid knowledge of current cosmetic regulations (EU and international) is essential.
  • Rigorous, methodical and organised with strong attention to quality and regulatory detail.
  • Autonomous, flexible and capable of managing multiple dossiers in a dynamic environment.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
