Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of Product Information Files (PIFs) and related product dossiers.
- Update and maintain internal regulatory procedures and documentation.
- Support the implementation of internal regulatory requirements with suppliers and contract partners.
- Assist the team with regulatory documentation for packaging materials and raw materials.
- Perform product notifications on the CPNP and SCPN portals.
- Prepare product registration dossiers for export markets.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently completed a Bac+3 (Bachelor) level program in cosmetic regulatory affairs, pharmacy, formulation, or a closely related discipline.
- Working knowledge of current cosmetics legislation is essential (EU regulation and international notify practices).
- Rigorous, methodical and quality-oriented with strong organisational skills and autonomy.
- Capacity to manage multiple dossiers in parallel and adapt within an evolving environment.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
