Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement production plans for assigned product portfolio, analyzing demand forecasts and adjusting quantities based on sales predictions and stock levels
  • Issue, track, and optimize manufacturing orders and production schedules across short, medium, and long-term horizons
  • Evaluate supplier and subcontractor capacity to confirm production feasibility and mitigate delays through backward planning and proactive risk management
  • Optimize production launches through grouping, prioritization, lot sizing, and scheduling arbitrage to maximize efficiency
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of planning data within the ERP system
  • Procure all components and bill-of-materials items required for production while maintaining delivery timelines, quantities, and quality standards
  • Build and communicate forecasting information to suppliers to enable demand visibility
  • Monitor inventory levels and contribute to their optimization while safeguarding service continuity
  • Track supplier performance metrics including OTIF (On-Time In-Full) and stock coverage
  • Collaborate daily with Purchasing, Finance, Quality, Packaging Development, Regulatory, and Warehouse teams
  • Serve as the primary Supply Chain liaison for assigned product portfolio, communicating alerts, priorities, and action plans
  • Participate in planning meetings and operational arbitration sessions
  • Monitor monthly invoicing and reconciliation

Qualifications

  • Baccalaureate+5 degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in production planning, procurement, or production management
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and strong affinity for information systems
  • Competence with ERP systems, ideally Divalto or equivalent
  • Demonstrated understanding of industrial workflows and product nomenclatures
  • Professional fluency in English
