Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise inbound goods receipt, perform quality and compliance checks, and ensure accurate recording in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Manage daily replenishment of picking locations and coordinate stock flows with the external storage provider (Legendre).
- Maintain physical and system stock reliability across the logistics site, including lot number and expiry-date control.
- Conduct and organise cycle counts and annual inventories; analyse discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Manage quarantine and destruction procedures in accordance with site protocols, ensuring secure isolation of affected products.
- Establish and monitor stock KPIs (e.g., occupancy rate, number of locations, count variances) and propose continuous improvement initiatives (Pareto, rack structuring, etc.).
Qualifications
- BTS/DUT (Bac +2/3) in transport, logistics or supply‑chain management or equivalent technical diploma.
- Minimum three years' experience in a comparable warehouse/inventory role, preferably within cosmetics, luxury retail or FMCG.
- Proven command of WMS and office software for inventory control and reporting.
- Certification: CACES 1, 3 and 5 preferred.
- Strong organisational rigor, analytical problem‑solving and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Team spirit, dynamism and responsiveness in a fast‑growing logistics environment.

Experience
Minimum three years' hands‑on experience in warehouse inventory management, stock control or logistics operations, ideally in cosmetics, luxury retail or fast‑moving consumer goods.
Education
