Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise inbound goods reception including quality checks and conformity verification; ensure accurate recording in the WMS.
- Manage daily replenishment of picking locations and coordinate stock flows with the external storage provider (Legendre).
- Maintain physical and system stock accuracy across the logistics site; manage lot numbers and expiry‑date tracking.
- Plan and execute cycle counts and annual inventories; analyse variances and drive corrective actions.
- Operate quarantine and product destruction procedures in compliance with site rules; ensure correct isolation and documentation.
- Define, monitor and report stock KPIs (saturation rate, number of locations, discrepancies/corrections) and propose continuous improvement initiatives (racking structure, Pareto‑based optimisations).
Qualifications
- French Bac+2/3 (BTS or DUT) in Transport & Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse/stock management, ideally within beauty, cosmetics or fast‑moving luxury goods.
- Proven mastery of a WMS and strong command of office productivity tools (e.g., Excel).
- Knowledge of stock optimisation techniques, cycle counting methodologies and inventory reconciliation.
- CACES 1, 3 and 5 desired.
- High level of organisational rigour, analytical problem‑solving and collaborative team spirit.
