Role & Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end retail recruitment: draft and publish job adverts, screen CVs, qualify candidates and participate in interviews for CDD and CDI roles across Europe.
- Maintain and update recruitment records and administrative files required for contract preparation and probation follow‑up.
- Coordinate training activities: schedule sessions, register participants, prepare materials, monitor attendance and assist with post‑training evaluation and record keeping.
- Support onboarding programmes: track integration of new hires, organise onboarding days and related logistics.
- Contribute to transversal HR projects including diversity & inclusion and employee well‑being initiatives, and propose improvements to HR processes.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently completing a Master 2 (M2) in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; dynamic and proactive attitude.
- Professional command of English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- First experience in HR and/or retail is an advantage; strong sensitivity to luxury and Buly’s aesthetic.
