HR Intern – Retail & Development at Officine Universelle Buly, Paris. Support recruitment, training, and HR development from January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Post job openings across multiple recruitment channels and manage the publication of employment announcements
- Screen and analyze CVs, shortlist candidates, and participate in interviews to evaluate retail profiles
- Support fixed-term and permanent recruitment processes for retail positions across European locations
- Update recruitment files and administrative information in preparation for employment contract execution
- Create administrative files and track probationary periods for new hires
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external training programs
- Register training participants, prepare educational materials, track attendance, and evaluate training effectiveness
- Maintain and update training records and participant files
- Monitor and support integration of new employees through onboarding coordination
- Organize company onboarding days and new-hire orientation events
- Contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives in diversity, inclusion, and workplace well-being
- Participate in the optimization and improvement of HR processes and practices
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or holding a Master's degree in Human Resources
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Competence with standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Prior experience in HR and/or retail environments is advantageous

Beginner level; prior HR or retail experience is preferred but not required.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Master's degree in Human Resources.
