Officine Universelle Buly seeks HR Intern in Paris for retail recruitment, training coordination, and HR development starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Post job listings and publish employment offers across multiple recruitment channels
- Screen and analyze CVs; conduct candidate qualification interviews and profile assessments
- Support recruitment processes for fixed-term and permanent retail positions across Europe
- Maintain recruitment databases and update administrative files for contract establishment
- Create and organize administrative documentation for new hires
- Monitor probationary periods and employee progress
- Coordinate internal and external training programs; manage participant registration and attendance tracking
- Prepare training materials and conduct post-training evaluations
- Maintain and update training documentation and employee development records
- Oversee new employee onboarding and integration; organize onboarding sessions
- Participate in cross-functional HR initiatives focused on diversity, inclusion, and workplace well-being
- Contribute to the optimization and improvement of HR processes and practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources (M2 level)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
