HR Intern, Retail & Development — Officine Universelle Buly, Paris. Internship in HR: recruitment, training and onboarding.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end retail recruitment: draft and publish job adverts, screen CVs, pre‑qualify candidates and participate in interviews for CDD/CDI and temporary retail roles across Europe.
- Maintain recruitment administration: update candidate files, prepare contractual information, create administrative dossiers and monitor probationary periods.
- Coordinate training activities: organise and schedule internal and external trainings, manage registrations, prepare training materials, track attendance and compile evaluations and training records.
- Manage onboarding processes: follow new hire integrations, coordinate onboarding days and ensure smooth assimilation of new collaborators.
- Contribute to transverse HR projects: assist initiatives related to diversity, inclusion and employee wellbeing and support continuous improvement of HR processes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master 2 (M2) in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, dynamic and organised with strong attention to detail.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Prior exposure to HR or retail environments is an advantage.

Entry‑level. Suitable for students in Master 2 (M2) Human Resources or recent graduates; a first internship or work experience in HR and/or retail is a plus.
Education
Master's level study in Human Resources (Master 2 / M2) or equivalent.
