Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to each client prior to store entry with the discernment and attention characteristic of Officine Universelle Buly
- Manage client queuing with warmth and care, ensuring that each moment of waiting is fully integrated into the client experience
- Maintain a qualitative presence both outside and inside the boutique, ensuring client engagement and comfort at all times
- Embody and animate the Buly ceremonial through all interactions: posture, vocabulary, gesture, and pacing, in accordance with Maison standards
- Present the history, values, and savoir-faire of the Maison with passion
- Contribute to offering each visitor a personalized and memorable experience, faithful to the singular identity of Officine Universelle Buly
- Provide operational support to sales teams: personalization, boutique maintenance, stock replenishment
- Actively participate in the daily life of the boutique
