Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess the financial performance of franchised partners, implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) across all sales channels
- Analyze sell-out activity of franchisees across multiple distribution channels and track margin performance by product and coefficient ratios
- Monitor sell-in volumes and inventory levels at franchised locations to identify optimization opportunities
- Provide active support during monthly financial close-out procedures for subsidiary operations
- Contribute to variance analysis between actual results and forecasted budgets
- Participate in the budget development and forecast planning processes
- Assist in developing business plans for potential European boutique openings
- Produce ad-hoc financial analyses aligned with business requirements
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university degree or business school program with specialization in finance
- Foundational experience in financial controlling or audit
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
