Officine Universelle Buly seeks Financial Controller Assistant (internship) in Paris from January 2027. Support financial operations and KPI development in luxury beauty.
Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain KPIs to ensure accurate valuation of gross margin components
- Monitor and validate monthly inventory valuation and variance analysis
- Track and challenge production purchasing expenditures
- Oversee inventory depreciation tracking and analysis
- Design and implement internal control checkpoints related to inventory management
- Conduct revenue and store-level performance analysis
- Support month-end closing and forecast processes for international subsidiaries (UK, Hong Kong, Italy, Germany, Japan)
- Execute ad-hoc financial analyses as required by management
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a university degree programme or specialized commerce school with finance focus
- Demonstrated experience in controlling or audit environments
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in French and solid working knowledge of English
- Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
