Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and publish product and launch content on the Buly1803.com e‑commerce site via the Shopify back‑office.
- Update and optimise existing site content (product descriptions, pricing, cross‑sell, homepages, category pages) in coordination with Operations, Image and Finance teams.
- Perform periodic site performance analyses and campaign post‑mortems (site promotions, newsletter sends, KPIs).
- Support technical maintenance (TMA) in an agile environment: create and prioritise JIRA tickets within sprints to fix bugs and propose technical improvements.
- Coordinate monthly points and strengthen stakeholder relationships with e‑retail partners in Asia; implement regular visibility audits on partner sites.
- Manage catalogue onboarding for new launches: supply product texts, visuals and video assets to partners for creation and enrichment of product pages.
- Collaborate with the CRM agency to optimise automated email flows and support the implementation of CRM & clienteling strategy.
- Produce monthly CRM & clienteling performance reports using Power BI and contribute CRM inputs to the weekly Retail Newsletter.
- Prepare a monthly transversal watch and compile launch/activation reports for CRM, e‑commerce and e‑retail initiatives.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master’s program (Bac+5) or equivalent business/digital curriculum.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- First experience or internship in digital project management, e‑commerce or digital marketing is strongly preferred.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, adaptability and proactivity.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; comfortable liaising with internal teams and external partners/agencies.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; prior exposure to Power BI is desirable.

Entry‑level internship. Candidate should be a Master’s‑level student or equivalent with ideally one prior internship or practical experience in digital project management, e‑commerce or related digital roles.

Master’s candidate (Bac+5) in Business, Digital Marketing, E‑commerce or equivalent academic programme.
