Role & Responsibilities

  • Learn and master the maison’s calligraphy techniques required for order personalisation.
  • Review daily e‑commerce and corporate orders and identify items to prepare.
  • Locate products in the warehouse and perform accurate picking.
  • Apply internal preparation protocols precisely (picking, packaging, gift‑wrapping, stickers, box assembly, carrier handover) to meet dispatch deadlines.
  • Operate embossing and engraving machines and apply gilding/dorure to personalise items; ensure finishes are cleaned and flawless.
  • Participate in goods reception and restocking; verify product conformity and condition.
  • Contribute to regular inventory counts across product categories.
  • Maintain and organise the workstation and assist with stock organisation.
  • Monitor the working environment and proactively report issues, anomalies or risk of stock shortage.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years’ experience in order preparation, fulfilment or warehouse operations; luxury retail/e‑commerce experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrable manual dexterity and a strong eye for finishing and presentation.
  • Rigorous, organised and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Team‑oriented, proactive and capable of reacting quickly and effectively to operational issues.
  • Interest or aptitude for calligraphy and artisanal personalisation techniques is a plus.
