Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the e‑commerce preparation team: plan daily tasks, assign priorities, manage absences and ensure consistent application of preparation protocols to meet shipping deadlines.
- Supervise end‑to‑end order processing: print and review orders, picking, product verification, bespoke personalisation (including calligraphy), gift‑wrapping and final packaging to preserve brand image.
- Manage stock for e‑commerce: trigger replenishment orders for products and supplies, assist with receipt and put‑away, verify conformity of deliveries and participate in physical inventories.
- Monitor operations and escalate anomalies: proactively identify risks of stockouts, quality issues or process bottlenecks and alert omnichannel management with proposed corrective actions.
- Maintain and optimise the workspace: ensure a clean, organised station and drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and consistency of fulfilment processes.
- Train, coach and upskill peers: develop team capabilities in luxury finishing techniques, quality control and the Maison’s protocol for customer presentation and parcel experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' proven experience in order preparation or warehouse fulfilment, with demonstrable experience as a referent or team leader; luxury or e‑commerce background preferred.
- Strong organisational skills, rigor and meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage shifting priorities and high volumes.
- Proven ability to supervise, communicate and train operational teams while maintaining high standards of presentation and customer experience.
- Comfort with manual fine‑craft techniques (calligraphy and luxury gift finishing is a distinct advantage).

Minimum 3 years of significant hands‑on experience in order preparation/fulfilment with prior responsibility as a referent or team leader; experience in luxury retail or high‑volume e‑commerce is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics/warehouse operations or a related discipline is an advantage.
