Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and animate the e-commerce preparation team, organizing daily workflows and task distribution while ensuring rigorous adherence to order preparation protocols and delivery timelines
- Manage product and supply reorders, oversee receipt and verification, and actively participate in inventory cycles to maintain optimal stock organization
- Proactively identify and escalate operational anomalies, stock rupture risks, and process inefficiencies to leadership
- Maintain organized and hygienic workstations and continuously propose operational improvements to optimize preparation efficiency and quality
- Master and apply calligraphy techniques essential to personalized order finishing, including inscription of customer details and bespoke presentation elements
- Execute order preparation protocols with precision: order printing, product identification and picking, customization, packaging and gift-wrapping, box preparation, and handover to shipping partners within specified timeframes
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience in order preparation, with proven leadership or referent-level responsibility
- Proven experience in the luxury or e-commerce sector preferred
