Role & Responsibilities
- Master the art of calligraphy as an essential competency for comprehensive order preparation
- Review incoming orders and identify products requiring preparation and personalization
- Locate and retrieve products from warehouse inventory with precision
- Execute internal preparation protocols with rigor, including order management, picking, wrapping, gift wrapping, sticker application, box assembly, and carrier handoff, all within established timelines
- Operate embossing and engraving machines for product personalization; apply gilt finishes with meticulous care and ensure flawless results through careful cleaning
- Participate in stock receipt, filing, and verification of product compliance and condition
- Conduct inventory cycles across all product categories
- Maintain workstation organization and contribute to overall stock management systems
- Monitor the work environment proactively, identifying and reporting any anomalies, operational risks, or stock shortages
