Officine Universelle Buly — Chartres (Gellainville): E‑commerce Order Fulfilment Lead to supervise on‑site order preparation, personalisation and dispatch (CDI).
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, organize and animate the e‑commerce preparation team: plan daily tasks, allocate priorities and ensure back‑up coverage to guarantee timely execution of order preparation protocols.
- Supervise and participate in order picking, product verification, personalisation (including calligraphy), gift wrapping and final packaging to preserve Maison standards and client delight.
- Manage inventory operational tasks: trigger replenishment orders for products and supplies, participate in goods receipt and storage, and support regular inventory cycles to preserve stock integrity.
- Monitor operations and escalate anomalies or stock‑out risks proactively; implement corrective actions to avoid service disruption.
- Maintain a clean, safe and efficient workstation; propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase throughput, reduce errors and enhance quality.
- Coordinate handover to carriers and ensure documentation and dispatch processes comply with timelines and brand presentation requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in order preparation/fulfilment with proven experience as a referent, team lead or supervisor, ideally in luxury retail or e‑commerce.
- Demonstrated operational rigour, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and training skills: able to motivate the team, communicate protocols clearly and onboard colleagues.
- Familiarity with inventory procedures and stock replenishment processes.
- Artistic aptitude or experience in calligraphy is strongly appreciated.

Experience
Minimum three years' relevant experience in order preparation or warehouse fulfilment with proven responsibility as a team referent or supervisor; experience in luxury goods or e‑commerce operations is strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary education (Baccalauréat or equivalent); vocational training in logistics/warehouse operations or a related certification is a plus.
