Officine Universelle Buly in Chartres (Gellainville) seeks a full‑time E‑commerce Fulfilment Specialist (CDI) to prepare and personalise client orders.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare client and corporate e‑commerce orders end-to-end, ensuring timing and quality standards are met before handover to the carrier.
- Personalise products following Maison protocols using embossing and engraving machines, gilding techniques and hand calligraphy where required.
- Execute precise picking, packing, gift‑wrapping and box preparation according to internal presentation guidelines to preserve brand image on unboxing.
- Perform stock reception, verify product conformity and condition, and participate in regular inventory counts across product categories.
- Maintain an organised, clean workstation and contribute to optimal warehouse layout and stock organisation.
- Follow internal preparation and shipping protocols (order management, labelling, carrier preparation) and escalate anomalies, shortages or quality issues proactively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in order preparation, warehousing or fulfilment; experience within luxury, cosmetics or premium retail strongly preferred.
- Proven manual dexterity and meticulous attention to detail, especially for fine finishing and personalisation work.
- Strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple orders and meet strict deadlines.
- Team‑oriented mindset, responsive and positive under pressure; able to react quickly and effectively to operational issues.
- Willingness to learn and develop artisan techniques (calligraphy, embossing/gilding) and to follow Maison protocols precisely.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics, warehouse operations or a related discipline preferred.
