Officine Universelle Buly, Paris — e‑Business & CRM Intern to support e‑commerce, e‑retail and CRM (Shopify, Power BI). Start July 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and enrich product content for Buly1803.com via the Shopify back‑office, including product descriptions, pricing, cross‑sell and category/homepage content.
- Update and optimise existing e‑commerce content in coordination with Operations, Image and Finance teams to improve conversion and merchandising.
- Perform ad‑hoc analyses and post‑campaign reviews (site promotions, newsletter sends, free‑shipping operations) to report on e‑commerce performance.
- Support technical maintenance (TMA) of the website using agile methodology: create JIRA tickets, follow sprints, troubleshoot bugs and propose enhancements.
- Coordinate monthly with e‑retail partners (notably in Asia) to strengthen partnerships and audit partner site visibilities.
- Prepare and supply assets for partner catalogues and product listings (texts, visuals, videos) to ensure optimal presentation on third‑party platforms.
- Collaborate with the external CRM agency to optimise automated emails and support the rollout of CRM and clienteling initiatives.
- Produce monthly CRM and clienteling performance reports using Power BI and contribute CRM updates to the weekly Retail Newsletter.
- Deliver monthly cross‑functional market and competitive monitoring, and prepare launch/activation post‑mortems for CRM, e‑commerce and e‑retail activities.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master's programme (bac+5) in business, marketing, e‑commerce or equivalent.
- First experience in digital project management, e‑commerce or CRM is strongly preferred.
- Organised, versatile, rigorous and proactive with strong interpersonal and teamwork orientation.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Current enrolment in a Master's level business/commerce, marketing, or equivalent programme (bac+5) or comparable academic track.
