Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute product and launch content on the Buly1803.com Shopify back‑office and update existing pages (product descriptions, pricing, cross‑sell, category and homepage content) in collaboration with Operations, Image and Finance.
- Perform ad‑hoc site performance analyses and post‑operation reports (promotions, newsletters, shipping campaigns) to inform optimization.
- Support technical maintenance (TMA) using an agile workflow: create tickets, participate in sprints and follow bug fixes and feature developments via JIRA.
- Coordinate monthly follow‑ups with E‑retail partners (particularly in Asia) and conduct visibility audits across partner platforms.
- Manage catalogue onboarding for new listings: provide and optimise required assets (copy, visuals, video) for partner product pages.
- Collaborate with the CRM agency to optimise automated emails and support implementation of CRM and clienteling programmes.
- Produce monthly CRM & clienteling performance reports using Power BI and contribute CRM insights to the weekly Retail Newsletter.
- Prepare monthly transversal market and competitive monitoring and compile launch/activation post‑mortems for CRM, E‑commerce and E‑retail initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a master's‑level business programme (Bac+5) or equivalent.
- First internship or entry‑level experience in digital project management, e‑commerce or CRM preferred.
- Excellent organisational skills, adaptability, strong attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player mindset.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
