Role & Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and cases across omnichannel platforms (email, WhatsApp, phone calls, Instagram Direct Messages) using Zendesk ticketing system
- Collaborate with customer service teams, retail boutiques, and other departments to ensure seamless and consistent customer experience
- Provide first-level responses to frequently asked questions using brand protocols and product knowledge
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize customer feedback to identify experience improvement opportunities
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing omnichannel customer journey fluidity and quality
- Track and report on project impact metrics related to customer satisfaction and key performance indicators
- Support the B2B Client Relations Manager in managing corporate orders, including product recommendations, quotation preparation, and delivery coordination
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with restaurant and hotel partners to ensure service quality and consistency
- Develop and present operational and organizational recommendations to enhance overall customer experience
Qualifications
- Enrolled in Master's 1 or Master's 2 program (business school or equivalent)
- Strong affinity for luxury, beauty, and cosmetics sectors
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written); third language a plus
- Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and customer service platforms such as Zendesk or equivalent systems
- Prior experience in omnichannel customer relations, customer service, CRM, or retail environments preferred
- Excellent customer service mindset with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, intellectual curiosity, collaborative spirit, and demonstrated ability to learn quickly
