Officine Universelle Buly — Paris: Controlling Intern (Finance) for an on‑site internship starting July 2026, reporting to the Financial Controller.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor franchise partner performance and establish relevant KPIs; analyse sell‑out by channel to identify trends and optimisation opportunities.
- Track product margins, pricing coefficients and sell‑in activity; monitor franchise stock levels and propose inventory or assortment improvements.
- Support month‑end closing activities for subsidiaries and contribute to variance analysis between actual results and forecasts.
- Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process and assist in preparing financial projections.
- Contribute to business plans for potential boutique openings across Europe and produce ad‑hoc financial analyses requested by the business.
Qualifications
- Current student in a university or business school programme with a specialisation in finance, accounting or controlling (Bachelor’s or Master’s level).
- First professional experience in controlling, audit or accounting (internship or placement) is required.
- Strong analytical rigour, attention to detail and proven autonomy in executing tasks.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable working with financial models and KPI dashboards.
- Fluent in French with solid working knowledge of English.
- Enthusiasm for transformation projects and process optimisation within a growing luxury maison.
