Officine Universelle Buly seeks a Client Experience Intern in Paris to support omnichannel customer service and B2B relations, starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support operational customer service across omnichannel channels (email, WhatsApp, phone, Instagram Direct Messages) and manage client cases via Zendesk ticketing system
- Collaborate with customer service teams, retail locations, and internal departments to ensure seamless and consistent customer experience
- Provide first-level responses to frequently asked questions using established protocols and product knowledge
- Collect, analyse, and synthesize customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and operational enhancements
- Participate in customer experience optimization projects aimed at improving service quality and journey fluidity
- Monitor and report on project impact regarding customer satisfaction metrics and performance indicators
- Assist the B2B Client Relations Manager with corporate order tracking, product consultation, quotation preparation, and delivery coordination
- Support management of relationships with partner restaurants and hotels to ensure service quality and consistency
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships with key B2B partners
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Master's 1 or Master's 2 program at a business school or equivalent institution
- Fluent in French and English (both spoken and written); additional language a strong asset
- Prior experience in omnichannel customer relations, customer service, CRM, or retail environments
- Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and customer management systems such as Zendesk
- Strong customer service orientation with demonstrated attention to detail and organizational excellence
