Officine Universelle Buly (LVMH) in Paris seeks a full‑time Boutique Sales Advisor to advise clients and personalize products with calligraphy and embossing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise clients across the full range of fragrance, skincare and cosmetic categories, tailoring recommendations to individual needs.
- Communicate the history, rituals and cosmetic expertise of the Buly 1803 collection with enthusiasm and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain enduring relationships with a demanding, international clientele through attentive clienteling and follow‑up.
- Personalize products on site using calligraphy, embossing, engraving and refined gift‑folding techniques.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale: process transactions, open and close cash register and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Contribute to ancillary boutique tasks that support sales objectives, inventory accuracy and daily operations.
- Maintain the boutique’s visual and service standards to preserve an atmosphere of refinement and excellence.
Qualifications
- Fluent English (spoken) required; additional languages are an advantage.
