Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and animate boutique teams daily; recruit, train and develop sales staff to ensure high standards of service and product knowledge.
  • Ensure exceptional client experience through strict adherence to brand rituals (calligraphy, personalization) and deployment of clienteling activities (email, WhatsApp).
  • Drive commercial performance: set and follow up on qualitative and quantitative objectives, coordinate client acquisition and retention initiatives, and supervise the team’s selling activity.
  • Manage store operations including staff scheduling, staffing decisions and contingency cover in coordination with regional leadership.
  • Oversee inventory, replenishment and product launches to avoid stockouts or overstock; supervise cash handling, periodic reporting and inventories in liaison with Finance.
  • Represent the boutique externally (hotel partnerships, press visits, third‑party relationships) and propose local initiatives to enhance store visibility and performance.
  • Ensure the boutique’s upkeep, maintenance and compliance with brand guidelines and local regulations; provide regular activity reporting to the head office.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in retail, ideally within the luxury or prestige beauty industry, with demonstrated people management responsibility.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets, developing clienteling programmes and improving boutique performance.
  • Fluent spoken and written English required; an additional language is a plus.
  • Rigorous, highly organized and detail‑oriented with strong commercial acumen and administrative competence.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and transmit a positive, service‑driven culture.

Experience
