As a boutique host for Officine Universelle Buly in Paris, the intern welcomes clients, manages the queue and embodies the Buly ceremonial while supporting the sales team with boutique operations. This is a full-time internship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to each client before they enter the boutique, with the discernment and attentiveness characteristic of Officine Universelle Buly.
- Manage the queue with a smile and kindness, making sure that waiting is an integral part of the client experience.
- Maintain a high-quality presence inside and outside the boutique, ensuring clients’ engagement and comfort at all times.
- Bring the Buly ceremonial to life in every interaction through posture, vocabulary, gestures and pace, in line with Maison standards.
- Present the Maison’s history, values and savoir-faire with passion.
- Help deliver a personalised and memorable experience to every visitor, true to Officine Universelle Buly’s distinctive identity.
- Assist the sales teams with operational tasks, including personalisation, maintaining the boutique and replenishing stock.
- Take an active part in the boutique’s daily life.
Qualifications
- Strong presence, representational skills and attention to detail.

- Team spirit, rigour and responsiveness.
- Dynamic and smiling disposition.
- Fluent French and English; any additional language is an advantage.
- Curiosity about and interest in beauty, products and the Buly 1803 brand.
