Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve coffee and tea to the Maison’s quality and hygiene standards, including espresso-based beverages and specialty preparations.
  • Take customer orders, answer inquiries and provide rapid, courteous service aligned with the brand’s service codes.
  • Operate and maintain espresso equipment (Victoria Arduino) and related café machinery; ensure daily cleaning and preventive care.
  • Accept and process various payment methods; open and close the café cash register and reconcile takings.
  • Manage café stock and supplies, coordinate inventory and replenishment.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat visits.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years' proven experience as a barista or in a specialty café environment.
  • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and understood.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong client-service orientation.
  • Proven mastery of espresso extraction, milk texturing and latte art techniques.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work weekend shifts (14 hours per weekend).
