Officine Universelle Buly seeks an Assistant Store Manager in London for permanent role managing retail operations, team leadership, and luxury beauty sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily team management and assume the Store Manager's responsibilities during their absence
- Train and develop staff to enhance their professional skills and drive performance
- Plan schedules and provide solutions to operational challenges and unexpected situations
- Showcase products to emphasize brand value and deliver optimal customer experience
- Conduct personal sales activities and oversee team sales performance within the boutique
- Utilize customer retention tools and maintain detailed client records
- Organize store layout and displays in accordance with brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Manage cash operations including register opening and closing, cash handling, and cash drawer collection
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Store Manager regarding restocking and deliveries
- Maintain pristine condition of all sales areas through product display arrangement, cleanliness, and maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury beauty or prestige brands
- Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities and team management experience
