Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily team management and assume the Boutique Manager's responsibilities in their absence.

- Showcase products to emphasize brand value and guarantee an optimal customer experience.
- Ensure customers receive excellent service following established sales processes.
- Conduct sales activities personally and oversee team performance within the boutique.
- Utilize tools provided to retain customers.
- Organize store layout while adhering to set schedules.
- Manage cash operations, including opening/closing registers and handling cash collections.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate orders with the Boutique Manager for restocking and deliveries.
- Maintain pristine condition of sales areas through product display arrangement, cleanliness, and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in luxury retail is preferred.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
