Panerai seeks a Master Watchmaker in Neuchâtel, Switzerland to assemble and regulate precision high-horology timepieces.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assemble high-horology watches to finished product specifications
- Regulate and optimize watch movements to ensure peak performance
- Conduct technical and aesthetic quality controls to ensure compliance with maison standards
- Execute casing and self-inspection operations in accordance with established protocols
- Maintain rigorous quality standards throughout the assembly process
- Identify technical issues and contribute to their resolution
- Actively participate in continuous improvement of workshop methods and processes
- Contribute to departmental objectives in performance, quality, and reliability
Qualifications
- CFC certification in watchmaking, watch restoration, or equivalent qualification
