Officine Panerai seeks a Visual Merchandising Intern in Milan to support boutique displays, window installations and visual standards.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Visual Merchandising team in the conception, execution and maintenance of boutique displays, window presentations and seasonal installs.
  • Assist with the preparation and deployment of VM kits, props, signage and planograms across Milan boutiques; ensure consistent brand presentation.
  • Contribute to visual concept development by producing sketches, mock-ups and digital layouts for review.
  • Document installations through photography and detailed reports; update visual standards and store manuals as required.
  • Coordinate with store teams, retail operations and external suppliers to schedule installations and manage on-site execution.
  • Maintain inventory of display materials and props; assist with procurement and basic set construction as needed.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a programme in visual merchandising, fashion design, interior design, retail management or a related discipline.
  • Keen aesthetic sensibility and strong attention to detail with an interest in luxury watches and retail presentation.
  • Ability to translate creative briefs into practical, scalable in-store solutions and to work within brand guidelines.
  • Reliable, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Eligible to undertake an internship in Italy.
