Panerai hiring Supply Planner in Neuchâtel, Switzerland for 7-month maternity cover in central Supply Chain team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive the Master Production Schedule (MPS) by integrating demand, production capacities, and operational constraints
  • Adapt supply plans according to evolving business needs and market conditions
  • Optimize inventory levels to ensure product availability across the portfolio
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks of stock shortages, overstock, and product obsolescence
  • Prepare analyses for the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, highlighting risks and opportunities
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across functions and ensure accountability for action plans
  • Monitor key Supply Planning performance indicators and metrics
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Supply Chain processes and tools

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Industrial Management, Logistics, or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a Supply Chain, Planning, or Operations environment
  • Experience in watchmaking, manufacturing, or luxury goods industries is a valuable asset
