Officine Panerai in Taipei seeks a Senior Client Advisor to drive boutique sales and deliver exceptional client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clientele and build long-term relationships with VIP and prospective clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and expert product demonstrations.
- Manage clienteling activities: maintain and grow a high-value client book, schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
- Represent the brand in-store and at client events, conveying Officine Panerai's heritage, product specifications and after-sales service.
- Support boutique operations including stock control, receiving and reconciling shipments, loss prevention and POS transactions.
- Ensure visual merchandising and boutique standards are upheld; implement seasonal floor plans and product presentations.
- Mentor and coach junior sales staff; share product knowledge and selling techniques to elevate team performance.
- Capture and maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting; provide market feedback and competitor insights to management.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of high-performance sales in luxury watches, jewellery, or premium accessories boutiques.
- Demonstrable experience managing VIP client relationships and closing high-value transactions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with polished presentation and negotiation abilities appropriate to luxury retail.
- Ability to work retail hours including weekends and local public holidays; flexible and client-focused schedule.
- Fluent in the local language with strong command of English preferred for international clientele.
- Professional appearance and adherence to brand presentation and confidentiality standards.

Experience
Typically 3+ years of progressive experience in luxury watch or high-end jewellery retail with a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets and managing VIP clients.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, hospitality or a related field preferred.
