Role & Responsibilities

• Identify and drive revenue growth opportunities across key commercial levers, translating market insights into actionable initiatives with defined KPIs and financial targets
• Lead cross-functional projects with Americas markets and key business functions, ensuring effective execution and measurable results against regional and global business ambitions
• Partner with Americas markets to monitor commercial performance, challenge existing approaches, and drive improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis and regional performance reviews
• Drive strategic pricing optimization projects through market analysis, performance monitoring, and collaboration with Regional Project Managers to protect brand image and pricing integrity
• Enhance operational excellence and customer experience across distribution networks by leading retailization projects and implementing Market Business Plans
• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to address grey market challenges and protect brand positioning across the Americas region

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project management, business development, or commercial excellence, ideally within international retail or luxury environments
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects, manage multiple priorities, and deliver measurable business impact
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with demonstrated expertise in financial modelling, business case development, and performance tracking
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels

10+ years of progressive experience in project management, business development, or commercial excellence roles, ideally within international retail or luxury environments. Demonstrated track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives, managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and delivering measurable commercial outcomes in global or regional contexts.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field.
